Appearance: Deep purplish red with shades of garnet
Nose: Red berry fruit and vanilla, with blackberry, plum and a hint of spice
Palate: Warm, soft and harmonic, with cherry, plum, blackberry and raspberry over subtle spice and earth
Finish: Long and elegant, with real depth of fruit

WINEMAKING
Fermented in stainless steel, then aged six months in large Slavonian oak casks
