DarkRock Wine Tasting

Thursday, October 29  ·  3:00 to 6:00pm

DarkRock is a family-owned Washington brand, estate-grown from basalt-rich vineyards. We are pouring four of their wines: the Sparkling Brut, 2025 Sauvignon Blanc, 2024 Red Blend and 2024 Cabernet Sauvignon. Drop in any time between 3 and 6 and taste them pour by pour.

The tasting is complimentary with the donation of one non-perishable food item.

For the rest of October we are collecting canned food. Every can you bring in earns you an entry to win a bottle of DarkRock wine. We will choose 5 winners.

Three Shores Tasting

Saturday, November 7  ·  3:00 to 5:00pm

Taste the six wines from that night’s dinner table, all from The Sorting Table’s lineup, before they are poured at dinner: a Prosecco, an Albariño, a Provence Viognier, a Chianti Classico, a Rioja Reserva and a Priorat. Drop in any time between 3 and 5 and taste them pour by pour. Dinner guests are welcome too.

Free for wine club members, $10 for non-members, paid in the shop.

Three Shores: A Mediterranean Wine Dinner

Three shores, one long table: Italy, Spain and the south of France. Six wines from The Sorting Table’s lineup, hosted by Marshall Jorgensen, with a menu from Chef CJ built around every pour and a bonus pour from Piedmont for anyone who asks. Limited seating, and our dinners sell out.

Multi-course pop-up dinners built around a single producer. Our chef and our buyers design each menu so every course has a wine behind it, and someone in the room can tell you why.

Guided flights across regions and varietals, and a low-key way to find what you actually like. There are no wrong answers.
