TASTING NOTES
Nose: Graphite, currant, plum and pomegranate
Palate: Finely tannic, with lively acidity holding the fruit up

VARIETALS
Mostly Merlot, with roughly 15% Cabernet Franc

Pomerol, Bordeaux, France

FARMING
Worked organically since the 1980s, certified organic in 1998 and certified biodynamic in 2006

WINEMAKING
Raised in amphorae and airtight stainless steel to hold the freshness, with local Allier oak where barrels are used
