TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Ruby red with soft violet tones
Nose: Intense and concentrated, with cassis, ripe currant and sweet spice, black pepper and clove over integrated cedar and vanilla
Palate: Fresh and well structured, with ripe red fruit and hints of eucalyptus and black pepper
Character: High toned and mineral driven, with supple tannin and unobtrusive oak

VARIETALS
Cabernet Franc with 10% Malbec

VINEYARD
Adrianna Vineyard, Gualtallary, Tupungato, at 1,470 metres on calcareous, rocky soil

WINEMAKING
A sixty day maceration, then fifteen months in old foudres
