TASTING NOTES
Nose: Sweet, floral and slightly tangy, with cherry blossom, raspberry, potting soil, citrus peel and pepper, opening to kirsch, ivy, pine needle and a touch of licorice
Palate: Medium bodied, smooth and layered, with cherry, wild strawberry, raspberry jam and blood orange over a mineral backbone
Finish: Cool and peppery, lifted by acidity
