Nose: Fresh red currant layered with earth and herb, plus cherry, raspberry, plum and blueberry, with a light peppery spice and mint leaf
Palate: Very savory, with raspberry and strawberry alongside fennel pollen and cracked pepper
Structure: Fresh fruit acidity and supple tannins, closing on licorice

No oak at all. Raised entirely in stainless steel and bottled ten months after harvest, a deliberate choice to protect the freshness and lift
