TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Garnet
Nose: Wild cherry, grilled cedar and pepper, with mulberry, beeswax, raspberry, wild herbs and olive stone
Palate: Round, lively and dry, medium bodied, with ripe blackberry and plum and the signature cracked black pepper and roasted red pepper
Finish: Warming and medium length, with pepper jelly, strawberry, cocoa and tobacco ash over well integrated tannins

Cabernet Franc, from fifty year old vines

WINEMAKING
Six months in French oak barrels
