Appearance: Straw
Nose: Aromatically intense, with baked apple, yellow peach, apricot, cantaloupe, beeswax and honey
Palate: Medium bodied with medium acidity, echoing the nose and adding a distinct mineral edge
Finish: Solid through the middle and long at the close

WINEMAKING
Fermented and aged sur lie for four months in concrete vats. Malolactic conversion was prevented to keep the freshness. 14% alcohol
