TASTING NOTES
Nose: Complex, with white flowers, candied fruit and white pepper, plus dried apricot, bitter orange and gentle spice
Palate: Flattering aromatic freshness, smooth and fine, with a texture that wraps the palate
Character: A distinctive tannic grip, which is what skin contact gives a white wine

- 30% Grenache Blanc
- 15% Viognier
- 10% Muscat
- 5% Gewürztraminer

WINEMAKING
White grapes vinified as whole bunches in the manner of a red wine, macerated on stems and skins. That is where the orange color with golden highlights comes from
