TASTING NOTES
Nose: Fresh apricot, citrus and tangerine blossom, with hints of bergamot and white flowers
Palate: Bright and vibrant, with peach, apricot and citrus peel
Character: Textural and playful, balancing citrus and stone fruit against a refreshing tang and dry minerality

VARIETALS
- 52% Grenache Blanc
- 42% Grenache Gris
- 6% Orange Muscat

WINEMAKING
Skin contact maceration with four to five days of cold soak, then eight to ten days of fermentation, pressed to stainless steel and fermented dry. Minimal sulfur, added only at bottling
