TASTING NOTES
Nose: Crisp apple, ripe melon and sweet citrus
Palate: Bright, with lemon and Fuyu persimmon over an edge of stony minerality, and vanilla, brioche, toasted coconut and a hint of cinnamon from the oak
Structure: A rich texture balanced by fresh acidity

VARIETAL
Chardonnay, 14.3% alcohol

Carneros, where cooling fog and breezes off San Pablo Bay make it Napa's coolest corner for Chardonnay

WINEMAKING
Mostly barrel fermented at 80%, with the rest made in stainless steel
