About the Winery/Winemaker
Crafted by Haras de Pirque in Chile’s renowned Maipo Valley, Albis represents the “dawn” of a new chapter in viticulture—uniting European heritage with Chilean terroir. The estate is known for its horseshoe-shaped gravity-flow winery and sustainable philosophy. In 2020, warm growing conditions paired with cool nighttime temperatures created ideal ripening, delivering intensity alongside vibrant freshness. Cabernet Sauvignon and Carménère were fermented separately with cold maceration, then aged for 18 months in French oak barriques before bottling.
