Appearance: Intense ruby red
Nose: Full, fresh and fruity, with distinct cherry and flowers, plus dark skinned fruit, cooking spice and cedar
Palate: Round and soft, with ripe black plum, clove and baking spice over solid tannins
Finish: Long and elegant

WINEMAKING
Fermented in stainless steel with roughly fifteen days of maceration at a controlled 26 to 28°C, then moved into oak barrels shortly after malolactic fermentation
