Nose: Intense and complex, with black fruit under spicy, chocolatey and subtly woody nuances
Palate: Supple and concentrated, with blackcurrant over a dense tannic texture
Structure: Good structure, with insistent, fine quality tannins

Malbec led. Cahors requires a minimum of 70% Malbec, usually rounded out with Merlot and Tannat
