Appearance: Dark violet, still youthful
Nose: Classic Pauillac cassis and gravelly stone
Palate: Medium to full-bodied, with clay and mineral granite character running the length of the palate, wrapped in red currant and violet
Structure: Medium acidity and a backbone built to age, with fine pencil shaving tannins already starting to melt away

- 25% Merlot
- 5% Petit Verdot

Pauillac, Bordeaux, France
*Cabernet supplies the graphite structure, Merlot fills the mid-palate. Proper Pauillac at a price that does not come along often.*
