Nose: Red berry and cherry with fresh lemon zest and mineral notes
Palate: A fine, lively mousse, brisk, with oyster shell, fresh lavender and subtle berry and cherry, plus creaminess and toast from the lees
Finish: Long and clean, with a persistent seam of acidity

BLEND
Roughly 52% Chardonnay and 48% Pinot Noir, from parcels across the Western Cape

METHOD
Cap Classique, the South African traditional method, aged fifteen to eighteen months on the lees
