TASTING NOTES
Nose: Plum, blackberry bramble, summer garrigue, white pepper and purple flowers
Palate: Silky, with layers of black plum, raspberry and cherry under a subtle echo of licorice and wild strawberry
Structure: Fresh acidity keeps it lifted, with fine grained tannins carrying the finish

- 30% Mourvèdre

WINEMAKING
Aged ten to twelve months in concrete vats, which keeps the fruit out front
