Behind the Wine
Crafted from meticulously hand-harvested grapes selected through state-of-the-art Vistalys optical sorting, this blend showcases the finest qualities of each variety: complexity and elegant structure from Cabernet Sauvignon (68%), exuberant aromatics from Syrah (15%), roundness and spice from Carmenere (8%), plus complementary contributions from Merlot (8%) and a touch of Grenache (1%).
The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with 70% of the blend aging for 12 months in a combination of new and second-use French oak barrels. Minimal intervention in clarification and filtration preserves the wine's authentic character and terroir expression.
Perfect Pairings
This sophisticated red blend pairs beautifully with herb-crusted lamb, grilled beef tenderloin, wild mushroom risotto, or aged hard cheeses. Its elegant structure and complexity make it equally suitable for special occasions or elevating a fine dining experience.
