Nose: Citrus oil, crisp stone fruit, white flowers and crushed mint over a chalky mineral base, with a subtle hint of buttery pastry
Palate: Deep, full-bodied and seamless, with a marvelous core, real grip and zesty acidity
Finish: Very long, focused and complex

- 60% Pinot Noir
- 40% Chardonnay
WINEMAKING
Twenty-five percent of the vins clairs raised in oak, with no malolactic fermentation. Aged close to seven years sur lattes and finished at a dosage of 7 grams per litre
