Palate: Intense leesy baked apple, with bright acidity balancing the finish
Character: A gentle sparkler with medium plus freshness

- 75% Chardonnay
- 15% Pinot Nero
- 10% Pinot Bianco
With 20 to 30% reserve wines from top vintages for depth
