TASTING NOTES
Nose: Tart citrus, marzipan, apple and dried apricot, with fresh bread
Palate: Medium to full bodied, taut and tangy, with crunchy green pear, chopped almond, lemon pith and spring blossom over a chalky edge
Structure: Bracing acidity and a pinpoint mousse
BLEND
Roughly 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier, with reserve wines making up a quarter to a third of the blend

WINEMAKING
Méthode traditionnelle, aged three to four years on the lees, well beyond the two year minimum for non vintage Champagne
*Complex but still elegant, and the extra time on the lees shows.*
