A cold soak process maximizes color and flavor extraction before fermentation in small stainless steel tanks. The wine then ages for 10 months in a thoughtfully selected combination of 80% American and 20% French oak.

The blend composition of 91% Cabernet Sauvignon is enhanced with complementary additions of 4% Petit Verdot, 3% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Merlot, creating a harmonious and complex expression of North Coast terroir.
