About the Winery/Winemaker
The Language of Yes is the latest visionary project from Randall Grahm, legendary founder of Bonny Doon Vineyard. With this label, Grahm turns his focus to the Santa Maria Valley, and in particular the Rancho Real Vineyard—a site known for its ocean-cooled climate and expressive fruit. This bottling blends Syrah with 18% Viognier, co-fermented with half whole clusters and aged in neutral barrels to highlight purity, texture, and terroir.
