About the Winery/Winemaker | Domaine Allimant-Laugner is a family-run estate located in the heart of Alsace, France, with a winemaking tradition that stretches back over 11 generations. Today, winemaker Nicolas Laugner continues to uphold the domaine’s deep respect for terroir. This Crémant is made entirely from estate-grown Pinot Noir, fermented with natural yeasts, and aged sur lattes for 12–18 months without malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and vibrancy.
