TASTING NOTES | This elegant rosé showcases a pale candy pink color. The nose is elegant, with prominent notes of citrus and red fruits. On the palate, it presents an expressive character - supple and fresh with good intensity.
WINEMAKING | Sourced from vineyards situated at altitudes between 360-420 meters. The process begins with cooled grapes followed by direct pressing, cold settling, and filtration of lees reincorporated into the must. Fermentation occurs under temperature control (15-17°C) with selected yeasts to enhance citrus and white fruit aromas.
GRAPE BLEND:
- 70% Grenache
- 30% Cinsault
TERROIR | Predominantly clay-limestone soils in the valleys. Plots in the extension of Sainte Victoire feature distinctive soils composed of bauxite, sand, and marble.
