Founded in 1986, Eola Hills Wine Cellars is a cornerstone of Oregon winemaking, known for producing site-driven wines from the heart of the Willamette Valley. Their Chardonnay comes from estate vineyards rooted in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA—an area prized for its cool climate and complex volcanic soils. Barrel fermented and aged in French oak (20% new) for nine months, this wine is a balance of freshness, finesse, and texture.
