WINEMAKING
Process:
- Hand-harvested
- Destemmed and crushed
- Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel (28-30°C)
- Fortified with grape brandy
- Blend of different harvests
- Minimum 3 years aging in stainless steel and wood
