Juan Gil Red Blend is a sophisticated wine from the Jumilla region of Spain, crafted from a harmonious combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Monastrell, and Syrah. This premium blend showcases grapes from estate vines averaging 50 years old, which are dry-farmed without pesticides or herbicides and hand-harvested following sustainable and organic farming practices.

Winemaking Process | Each varietal is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks and then aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels before careful blending. This meticulous process preserves the distinctive character of each grape while creating a cohesive, complex final product.

Tasting Notes

  • Appearance: Deep, vibrant color
  • Nose: Explosive aromas of ripe summer berries, wild cherries, red currants, and subtle smoked notes
  • Palate: Plush and rich with a smooth texture. Bold Monastrell fruit balances perfectly with earthy notes from Cabernet and Syrah. Complex flavors of black and red fruits mingle with chocolate and spices, supported by fresh acidity and a finessed tannin structure that provides excellent length and persistence

Style: Aged red blend with significant oak influence, showing both power and elegance
