Taste
Bright and expressive from the start, this red blend opens with aromas of tart raspberry and cherry, followed by flavors of blackberry, black pepper, and dark chocolate. Full-bodied with a lively core, the palate balances richness with freshness, finishing with dusty, food-friendly tannins that linger without heaviness.
About the Winery / Winemaker
Browne Family Vineyards was founded by Andrew Browne in honor of his grandfather, William Bitner Browne, and built on a philosophy of intention, quality, and longevity. While the winery is deeply rooted in Washington State, Browne’s Paso Robles program highlights the diversity and power of California’s Central Coast. Under the direction of winemaker John Freeman, these wines emphasize balance—layering bold fruit with structure and restraint to create wines that are both expressive and approachable.
Why We Love It
This vintage leans into brightness and spice while keeping the signature boldness intact. It’s the kind of wine that works just as well with burgers and barbecue as it does poured solo at the end of the day. Confident, crowd-pleasing, and unfussy—this is a bottle that earns its spot on the table without trying too hard.
