A vibrant and expressive dry rosé crafted from 100% Cabernet Franc, the 2023 Eternal Beauty is a small-production gem from Washington’s Wahluke Slope—lush, floral, and strikingly crisp.
Taste
This elegant rosé opens with bright, floral aromatics and delicate fruit notes of cantaloupe, white peach, and fresh herbs. On the palate, it’s full and rounded with a silky texture that gives way to a crisp, clean finish. Balanced acidity and a whisper of minerality keep it refreshing, vibrant, and wonderfully food-friendly.
About the Winery/Winemaker
Eternal Wines was founded in 2014 by certified sommelier and winemaker Brad Binko, who brings a deep respect for terroir and native yeast fermentation to his winemaking philosophy. After years managing wine programs in Charleston, SC, Brad moved to Walla Walla to focus on small-lot, site-expressive wines. The Eternal Beauty label highlights Brad’s approach to crafting elegant, limited-production wines with minimal intervention and maximum transparency. This rosé comes from Gingko Vineyard in the warm, wind-swept Wahluke Slope AVA and is made entirely from Cabernet Franc.
Why We Love It
This is rosé with intention—delicate yet structured, approachable yet serious. The aromatics are pure and inviting, the texture lush but never heavy, and the finish brisk and refreshing. With only 110 cases made, it’s a rare treat for lovers of bone-dry rosé with a distinctive varietal edge.
