About the Winery/Winemaker
SMAK Wines was founded in 2018 by Fiona S. Mak, the first Asian woman from Hong Kong to open a winery in Washington State. Her mission: to create seasonally styled rosés that reflect both terroir and time of year. The Winter Bubbly Rosé is part of her four-season collection, showcasing the versatility of rosé as a year-round wine. Produced exclusively from Columbia Valley fruit, SMAK rosés are made with intention, individuality, and a strong sense of lifestyle. As Fiona says, “Don’t think—just drink. It’s Rosé!”
