Six months in freshly emptied bourbon barrels creates a masterful fusion of concentrated dark fruit and subtle bourbon spice. The challenging 2021 growing season, marked by drought conditions and intense heat, yielded small, concentrated berries resulting in a wine of remarkable depth and character.

The wine's name honors the historic 'Ye Old Buck Shack,' a restored 100-year-old skinning shed transformed into our beloved 'Sheep Camp' whiskey bar, embodying the rugged spirit of the American West.
