This seductive blend honors the region's prized Corvina grape through its name "Alanera" (black wing), referencing the raven ("corvo" in Italian). Created by the renowned Zenato family from their historic Costalunga estate in Valpolicella, this wine showcases an innovative approach to the traditional appassimento method.
