Winemaking Process | This expressive wine is primarily sourced from the estate S&J Vineyard in Napa's Capell Valley and the Benjamin Vineyard located on the valley floor in the heart of Rutherford. Additional vineyard sources include neighboring Quarry Vineyard and Round Pond Estate, both in Rutherford, as well as Delouise and Shooting Star Vineyard located throughout Napa Valley.
After careful harvesting between September 17-30, 2022, the wine was aged for 20 months in French oak barrels (33% new and 67% once- and twice-filled) to develop its exceptional structure and complexity while maintaining fruit purity.
