TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Pale yellow with green reflections
Nose: White flowers and apricot, with ripe pear, yellow apple and hints of honeycomb and honeysuckle
Palate: Broad and juicy, with white peach and candied lemon over a stony underpinning
Finish: Clean cut and fresh, closing with a little grip
VARIETALS
Roughly 70% Auxerrois and 30% Pinot Blanc, which is the traditional Alsace reading of the name

WINEMAKING
Gently pressed in pneumatic presses, fermented in stainless steel and vinified completely dry
