PRODUCER
Tim Lenihan, who grew up in the Yakima Valley, and Sidney Rice founded Dossier Wine Collective in Walla Walla in 2021, naming it for how they work: every idea from their team and community goes into one file, and the best wine comes out. Master of Wine Billo Naravane makes the wines from some of Washington's best vineyards.
*Dossier's flagship Cabernet. Decant it, then pour it with a seared ribeye.*
