Taste
Delicate yet expressive, this sparkling rosé opens with classic Pinot Noir aromatics of fresh strawberry, rose petal, and a hint of Turkish delight layered with subtle notes of brioche and cream. On the palate, it’s textured and generous while remaining lifted and precise, with vibrant acidity and fine bubbles carrying flavors of strawberries and cream through a long, elegant finish.

About the Winery / Winemaker
Founded in 1975 and now owned by the Hill-Smith family, Jansz Tasmania is widely regarded as the benchmark producer for premium sparkling wine in Australia. Drawing fruit from top vineyard sites across Tasmania including Pipers River, Tamar Valley, and Coal River Valley. The estate benefits from a cool maritime climate ideal for sparkling wine. Winemaker Teresa Heuzenroeder and viticulturist Jennifer Doyle emphasize classical sparkling methods, long lees aging, and minimal intervention to showcase purity, structure, and regional character.

Why We Love It
This is one of those bottles that quietly overdelivers. It has Champagne-level finesse but with a distinctly Tasmanian identity, cool-climate freshness, vivid Pinot Noir expression, and a creamy depth that makes it feel special without being precious. It’s celebratory, food-friendly, and incredibly versatile, whether you’re toasting something big or just making an ordinary evening feel elevated.
