A zippy, mineral-driven Pinot Gris with purpose—this high-elevation white is as refreshing as the cause it supports.

Taste
Bright and thirst-quenching, this stainless-steel fermented Pinot Gris bursts with aromas of citrus blossom and ripe tosca pear. Grown in rocky soils of caliche and broken basalt, it’s a wine of texture and energy—dry, snappy, and laced with salinity. No malolactic fermentation keeps it laser-focused, while six months sur lie aging lends just enough body to keep things interesting.

About the Winery/Winemaker
Kind Stranger is a project from the team at Latta Wines that blends high-quality winemaking with social impact. With label artwork by Kris Chau and a spirit of connection at its core, this wine series is rooted in thoughtful sourcing and minimal intervention. This Pinot Gris hails from high-elevation vineyards in Washington and was crafted to reflect both place and purpose.

Why We Love It
This is summer wine at its absolute best: fresh, clean, and unpretentious—but it also does good in the world. A portion of proceeds supports Mary’s Place in Seattle and the International Rescue Committee globally. It's the kind of bottle that sparks conversations while keeping glasses full.
