Bright, elegant, and sensually layered, this Brut Rosé balances the structure of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir with the finesse and creamy elegance of Chardonnay—crafted from six villages across Champagne and aged to reveal red fruit purity and toasty sophistication.

Taste | Delicate salmon-pink in color with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, expect lively red fruit—cherry, candied pomegranate, and ripe strawberry—lifted by fresh grapefruit zest and a hint of floral citrus. The palate is creamy and supple, delivering a velvety mouthfeel with notes of rhubarb, lemon zest, macerated plum, and a savory echo of toasted almond and whole-grain bread. The finish is both juicy and refined, lingering with elegance.

About the Winery/Winemaker | Sourced from 30 distinct plots across six villages in Champagne—Les Coteaux du Petit Morin, Côte de Sézanne, and Vallée de la Marne—this Brut Rosé is a testament to regional blending at its finest. The estate’s oldest Pinot Noir vines in Villevenard are used for the red wine component, giving the rosé its distinctive hue and depth. With stainless steel fermentation, malolactic conversion, and 18 months of aging on the lees, the wine is finished with a dosage of 11g/L for balance.

Why We Love It | This Brut Rosé is sensual yet structured, with layers of citrus and red fruit, a fine mousse, and complexity that belies its price point. It’s a versatile bottle that shines with food—from spicy Southeast Asian cuisine to savory-sweet dishes and even fruit-forward desserts. Elegant enough for celebrations, but approachable enough for mid-week indulgence.
