A vibrant, rule-breaking Veronese red that’s all about freedom, freshness, and fun, Valpop Rosso is an organic, low-sulfite collab from Italy’s Veneto—wild at heart and made to chill.
Taste
Light to medium-bodied and bursting with juicy red fruit, this natural blend of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinellaopens with aromas of cherry, raspberry, violet, and wild herbs. On the palate, expect bright acidity, hints of licorice and minerality, and a clean, medium-length finish that keeps you coming back for more. Chill it down and let its bold yet breezy personality shine.
About the Winery/Winemaker
Valpop Rosso is a rebellious side project under the O.R.A. Collective (Organic & Regenerative Agriculture), a partnership between pioneering Fasoli Gino Winery—one of the first organic producers in the Veneto—and a trailblazing U.S. importer. The label features original artwork by LA muralist and pop artist Eric Junker, symbolizing the wine’s wild, wolf-like spirit. Grown in the Val d’Illasi in the shadow of Lessinia’s rugged beauty, Valpop honors tradition while joyfully breaking from it.
