A beautifully composed Loire Valley Pinot Noir that leans into both elegance and quiet depth—showcasing the finesse of Sancerre with just enough structure to keep things interesting.

Taste | Expressive and layered, the nose opens with black cherry, ripe raspberry, and a touch of licorice, followed by gentle spice and subtle oak notes of vanilla and coconut. On the palate, it strikes a lovely balance—concentrated yet lifted—with velvety texture, fine tannins, and bright acidity that carries the wine through a long, polished finish. There’s a softness here, but also a quiet backbone that gives it shape and age-worthiness.

About the Winery/Winemaker | Founded in 1985, Domaine Pascal & Nicolas Reverdy is a family-run estate rooted in the village of Maimbray in Sancerre. What began as a small operation grew into a respected name in the region, guided by a deep commitment to terroir and thoughtful farming. After the tragic loss of Nicolas in 2007, the estate continued forward through the strength of family—Pascal, his wife Nathalie, and Nicolas’s widow Sophie—preserving both legacy and craft. Their wines reflect precision, care, and a deep respect for the land.

Why We Love It | Sancerre is often celebrated for Sauvignon Blanc, but this is a reminder of how compelling Pinot Noir can be in these limestone-rich soils. It’s refined but not delicate, structured but not heavy—an ideal bottle for Burgundy lovers looking to explore something just a bit off the beaten path. There’s a timelessness to it that makes it equally enjoyable now or with a few years tucked away.
