AROMA: The discreet nose opens with notes of citrus fruits and white fruits such as peach
FLAVOR: Fresh and balanced on the palate with a touch of butterscotch. At once ripe and lively. Creamy, medium-bodied palate.
WINE & FOOD PAIRING | Perfect with appetizers, salads, shellfish, oysters, seafood, fish, and white meat or poultry.
VINIFICATION | Following harvest, the grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press and the juice is statically settled for 24 hours at 12°C. The musts are then put directly into vats. Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations, as well as maturation, are carried out in stainless steel vats.
AGING | 10 months in stainless steel tanks on total lees to preserve freshness and "lock in the fruit," the greatest attribute of Mâcon-Villages Chardonnay.
