SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7. Three shores, one long table: Italy, Spain and the south of France.
Six wines from The Sorting Table's lineup, hosted by Marshall Jorgensen, and a five-course menu from Chef CJ built around every one. We are pouring a Mediterranean tour: Prosecco from the hills north of Venice, a Friulano from Friuli, a Viognier from Provence, a Chianti Classico, a Rioja Reserva, and a Priorat.
These are wines you can actually take home. Every wine we pour can be ordered that night with the order form on your table, at one-night-only pricing.
YOUR HOST
Marshall Jorgensen of The Sorting Table, the importer behind these wines, walks the table through them. The Sorting Table works with growers who farm their own vineyards.
