WINEMAKING
Process:
- Hand-harvested
- Destemmed and crushed
- Fermented in lagares at 28-30°C
- Fortified with grape brandy
- Blend of different harvests averaging 20 years
- Extended oak cask maturation

Storage: Cool, dry place, upright position
Once Opened: Best within 4-6 months
