This is almost a red wine masquerading as a rosé, offering broad, vinous richness and intriguing savory notes reminiscent of woodland mushrooms. The depth and umami character of this Champagne make it particularly suited to autumn and winter enjoyment. Wine & Spirits magazine was particularly impressed, awarding it 92 points.
