Domaine la Colombe is based in the village of Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, part of the AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence appellation. This appellation, the newest in Provence, encompasses 28 dynamic municipalities in the heart of the Var valley around Brignoles, covering 1,600 hectares and producing approximately 100,000 hectoliters per year.
