Taste
Bright and inviting, Garbél opens with fresh aromas of green apple, pear, and white peach, accented by subtle citrus and floral notes. The palate is light, crisp, and pleasantly tart, with lively bubbles and a clean, dry finish that keeps things refreshing and easygoing.
About the Winery / Winemaker
Founded in 1920, Adami is a historic, family-owned estate rooted in the heart of Prosecco country. While best known for their acclaimed Valdobbiadene DOCG wines, the Adami family created Garbél as an affordable, everyday Prosecco from the Treviso DOC—without sacrificing quality or character. The name “Garbél” comes from an ancient local dialect meaning dry, crisp, and pleasantly tart—exactly what this wine delivers.
